Meet @ Aspen Track › Varied Workouts / 50-60 Minutes

Thirsty Thursday @ 6:00pm (Every Thursday, All-Year)

Meet @ 02 Aspen, (intersection of Mill st. and Cooper st.) › Varied Routes / 45-75 Minutes

Saturday Long Runs @ 7:00am (Starting April)
